Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst will design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans, conduct assessments to track client progress, and lead a team of behavior technicians, all while working remotely with occasional travel opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans for clients
• Conduct assessments and track progress using data to guide outcomes
• Lead and mentor behavior technicians, providing coaching and support

Required qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
• Experience in designing and implementing ABA therapy plans
• Ability to conduct assessments and analyze data effectively
• Commitment to ethical decision-making and high-quality clinical outcomes
