Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Triage Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage confidential electronic investigation files for Quality of Care (QOC) cases
• Manage case entries, updates, and closures in regulatory IAD portals
• Initiate medical record requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams for QOC investigations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Experience with Windows PCs and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility during normal business hours
