Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Triage Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with AHCCCS Incident, Accident, and Death (IAD) Portals and support Behavioral Health Quality of Care Clinical Analysis staff
• Interface with external behavioral health provider offices for compliance and education on IAD portal requirements
• Manage administrative functions related to Quality of Care investigations and collaborate with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Social Work
• At least 2 years of Arizona behavioral health experience, including work with providers or health plans and AHCCCS
• Experience with the AHCCCS IAD Portal and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during normal business hours
