Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AZ Licensed Clinician: LMSW, LCSW or LMFT in Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized care and treatment plans for patients in assigned Care Pods
• Coordinate behavioral health care with primary care providers and monitor patient symptoms
• Document patient progress and treatment recommendations in electronic health records

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensed as an associate clinician under supervision or as an independent clinician in their state
• Ability to complete cross-licensing in Arizona if the company covers the cost
• Experience with behavioral health screening tools is preferred
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred
