Job Summary

A company is looking for a LCSW/LPC/LMFT Behavioral Health - UM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review clinical information and render coverage determinations and discharge planning decisions
• Analyze medical records and clinical data to ensure alignment with evidence-based standards
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to facilitate care and authorization decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Current and active LCSW/LPC/LMFT license in Arizona
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Working knowledge of behavioral health terminology and utilization management principles
• Ability to evaluate clinical needs while balancing quality and cost
• Digital literacy and ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
