Job Summary
Supporting a defined group of patients, the remote Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Coordinator will coordinate behavioral health services, assist in achieving mental and emotional wellness goals, and work closely with providers and care teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring compliance of prescribed medications and facilitate partnerships among patients, providers, and families
- Provide psychoeducation, coping skills, and therapeutic worksheets through structured care plans
- Utilize standardized assessment tools to track patient progress and review care plans with providers
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field
- Proven experience in a behavioral health setting
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
- Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience
