Job Summary
To support a defined group of patients, the remote Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Coordinator will coordinate behavioral health services, assist in achieving mental and emotional wellness goals, and work closely with providers and care teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring compliance of prescribed medications
- Facilitate partnerships between patients, providers, and families
- Provide psychoeducation and therapeutic resources through structured care plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field
