Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information and assess member clinical records related to behavioral health
• Partner with staff and departments on provider education and outreach, identifying gaps and developing educational efforts
• Implement procedures for tracking operational issues and collaborate to improve quality and satisfaction for staff, providers, and members

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• 4-6 years of related experience in behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice
• Experience with assessment of treatment plans for mental health and substance abuse
• Experience in managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement
• Relevant state licensure as a clinical social worker, mental health counselor, professional counselor, marital and family therapist, or registered nurse
