Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage members transitioning through various levels of behavioral health care
• Complete member assessments and educate on available resources and services
• Coordinate with providers and treatment teams to strategize solutions for care barriers

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; Doctorate-degreed Psychologist, or an RN with 2+ years of recent behavioral health experience
• Active, unrestricted license to practice independently in Arizona (LP, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or RN)
• 2+ years of experience in a related mental health environment
• 1+ years of experience working with local and state community resources in Arizona
• Reside in the state of Arizona
