Job Summary
To enhance patient care and operational effectiveness, the full-time Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Care Coordinators, monitor team performance, and oversee care coordination activities in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and provide ongoing support to Behavioral Health Care Coordinators while monitoring team productivity and performance metrics
- Conduct staff coaching, training, and performance evaluations, and support recruitment and onboarding of care coordination staff
- Ensure coordination of services and oversee the development of individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in any field; or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, Behavioral Health, or related field; or Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least three years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma/GED with six years of relevant experience
- Experience leading or supervising teams in behavioral health, care coordination, or related human services settings
- Knowledge of behavioral health conditions, community resources, and social determinants of health
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and care management platforms
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and staff development
