Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Manager
Job Summary
To enhance patient care and operational effectiveness, the full-time Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Care Coordinators, monitor team performance, and oversee care coordination activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and provide ongoing support to Behavioral Health Care Coordinators
- Monitor team productivity, performance metrics, and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in any field; or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, Behavioral Health, or a related field; or Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least three years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma/GED with six or more years of relevant experience
- Experience leading or supervising teams in behavioral health, care coordination, or related settings
- Knowledge of behavioral health conditions and community resources
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and care management platforms
