Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Manager
Job Summary
To support behavioral health and substance abuse member cases, the full-time Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will manage treatment needs, engage with members, and collaborate with providers remotely while working Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Engage members transitioning through various levels of behavioral health care
- Complete member assessments and educate on available resources and services
- Coordinate with providers and treatment teams to strategize solutions for care barriers
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy; or Doctorate-degreed Psychologist
- Active, unrestricted license to practice independently in Arizona (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LP)
- 2+ years of experience in a related mental health environment
- 1+ years of experience working with local and state community resources in Arizona
- Permanent residency in Arizona
