Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Benefits Sales Executive will manage relationships with assigned broker firms, recruit and train new agents, and develop revenue growth strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit and train new agents by promoting BenefitMall's unique offerings and technology solutions
  • Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to enhance sales activity and product offerings
  • Coordinate sales and retention activities in a team environment to ensure an efficient benefits selling experience
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales role (required)
  • Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
  • In-depth knowledge of group insurance products (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
