Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide education on the product and self-administration technique according to established call scripts
Receive inbound and make outbound calls to patients, supporting them through injection training and education
Document all calls and activities within the program database

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (BSN or RN) with a valid nursing license in Arizona
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience and at least 3 years of other clinical experience
Computer literacy and good keyboard skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word products is a plus
