Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Registered Nurse to provide clinical call center services and support to patients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide education on the product and self-administration technique according to established call scripts
Receive and make inbound and outbound calls to patients
Document all calls and activities within the program database

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (BSN or RN) with a valid nursing license in Arizona
2 years of nursing experience and at least 3 years of other clinical experience
Computer literacy and good keyboard skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word products is a plus
