Arizona Licensed Billing Representative

Job Summary

To support patient billing and collection activities, the full-time Arizona Licensed Billing Representative will process payments, adjustments, and claims while working remotely, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for services rendered.

Key responsibilities

• Processing payments, adjustments, claims, and denials accurately and in a timely manner
• Researching payments and denials to identify discrepancies and making necessary appeals and corrections
• Collaborating with the patient financial services team to reduce Accounts Receivable balances and achieve performance goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• One or more years of experience in patient financial services or the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
