Arizona Licensed Call Center Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Call Center Agent I.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact blood donors to schedule appointments and update records using a dialer system
• Maintain daily production standards for calls and appointments to meet collection goals
• Develop knowledge of donor criteria and assist in implementing donor recruitment programs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center
• Ability to commit to a schedule and 90 days of uninterrupted employment
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications in a fast-paced environment
• Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus
