Job Summary

Arizona Licensed Call Center Agent, seeking customer-focused individuals for a part-time remote position to contact blood donors and schedule appointments while maintaining a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact blood donors by telephone to recruit for blood donation and update donor records
• Schedule appointments and provide a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates
• Maintain daily production standards and develop knowledge of donor criteria to reduce deferral rates

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (GED)
• Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center
• Ability to commit to 90 days of uninterrupted employment and specific part-time schedules
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to learn about blood donations and promote upwards within the organization
