Arizona Licensed Call Center Agent

Job Summary

Customer-focused and compassionate, the part-time Arizona Licensed Call Center Agent will contact blood donors to schedule appointments, utilizing multiple computer systems while working remotely from the Tucson area.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact blood donors via telephone to recruit for blood donations and update records using a dialer system
• Schedule appointments and ensure a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates
• Maintain daily production standards and develop knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors about eligibility

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center
• Ability to commit to a specified work schedule and 90 days of uninterrupted employment
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus
