Arizona Licensed Call Center Agent

Job Summary

Seeking customer-focused individuals, the part-time Arizona Licensed Call Center Agent will contact blood donors to schedule appointments, manage donor records, and ensure a positive service experience, all while working remotely with some initial onsite training in Tucson, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Contact blood donors using a dialer system to recruit for donations and update donor records
• Schedule appointments and provide a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates
• Maintain daily production standards and develop knowledge of donor criteria to inform eligibility

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Must commit to a specified part-time schedule and 90 days of uninterrupted employment
• Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus
