Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Contact Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operations and staff of the Central Scheduling department to meet departmental goals and maximize service utilization
  • Ensure efficient operation of the Contact Center, improving workflow and customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of department productivity and implement process improvements to achieve quality goals


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of experience in a consumer-centric organization managing large teams, including three years in a contact center or medical environment
  • Experience leading multiple teams and driving process improvements
  • Strong computer skills and functional knowledge of systems and applications
  • Knowledge of medical scheduling and terminology is preferred
