Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations and staff of the Central Scheduling department to meet departmental goals and maximize service utilization
- Ensure efficient operation of the Contact Center, improving workflow and customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets
- Conduct ongoing analysis of department productivity and implement process improvements to achieve quality goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of experience in a consumer-centric organization managing large teams, including three years in a contact center or medical environment
- Experience leading multiple teams and driving process improvements
- Strong computer skills and functional knowledge of systems and applications
- Knowledge of medical scheduling and terminology is preferred
