Arizona Licensed Call Center Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Registered Nurse to provide clinical call center services for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education on the product and self-administration techniques according to established call scripts
• Receive and make inbound and outbound calls to patients for support and training
• Document all call activities and other relevant information within the program database

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Registered Nurse (BSN or RN) with a valid nursing license in Arizona
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience and 3 years of other clinical experience
• Computer literacy with good keyboard skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word products is a plus
