Job Summary
To support a growing legal and medical coordination practice, the full-time Arizona Licensed Case Coordinator will manage an active caseload of 100-150 cases, foster relationships with law firms and medical providers, and assess funding decisions up to $25K while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage active caseload and prioritize daily and weekly tasks to maintain workflow
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and medical providers to ensure optimal service delivery
- Oversee medical treatment coordination for accident victims, including scheduling appointments and analyzing medical records
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant industry or legal experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and the life cycle of a case
- Ability to assess overall case metrics and make timely decisions independently
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
