Arizona Licensed Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate effective recovery and return to work, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess the recovery of disabled persons and modify case goals based on their improvement and treatment effectiveness
• Independently manage a workload, prioritizing cases and attending appointments as needed

Required qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
• 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email
