Arizona Licensed Category Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategic sourcing initiatives for contingent labor and professional services, the full-time Arizona Licensed Category Manager will establish governance frameworks, drive supplier rationalization, and manage a complex, high-spend category with global impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and socialize a multi-year category strategy aligned with enterprise goals, focusing on consulting, staffing, and workforce solutions
- Lead complex negotiations and sourcing events to optimize labor rates, supplier performance, and contract terms
- Establish and maintain enterprise-wide standards for supplier governance and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, project management, or a related field
- 8-10+ years of experience in managing large, complex Professional Services and/or Contingent Labor categories
- Strong understanding of workforce operating models and procurement processes
- Demonstrated executive communication and storytelling skills with experience influencing senior leadership
- Expert analytical skills with proficiency in benchmarking and supplier performance governance
