Job Summary

To ensure high-quality service delivery, the full-time Arizona Licensed Chat Specialist will provide direct counseling services, supervise clinical staff, and coordinate program operations while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all chats and texts promptly while assessing clinical situations and needs
• Supervise remote clinical staff and ensure compliance with agency standards of care
• Complete thorough clinical documentation and participate in quality assurance efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the behavioral health field
• Crisis experience preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Program development experience preferred
