Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Property Claim Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering insurance policies and claim processes
• Review and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Gather information from relevant parties and maintain accurate records of claim activity

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses within three months of starting
• Willingness to participate in the Catastrophe Response Program
• Physical capability to inspect various areas of a structure, including climbing ladders
