A company is looking for a Medical Only Occupational Accident Claims Adjuster/Work Comp Paralegal or Legal Assistant/Work Comp Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and adjust occupational accident claims following established procedures
Review and authorize payments for medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices related to claims
Negotiate settlements and manage claims to optimal resolution while maintaining client relationships

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of experience in medical claims, claims adjusting, paralegal, or legal assistant roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Completion of a pre-employment assessment
