Job Summary

Investigating and adjusting occupational accident claims, the full-time Arizona Licensed Claims Adjuster will work remotely to ensure compliance with claims handling procedures, review medical invoices, and authorize payments while maintaining client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust occupational accident claims following established guidelines
• Review medical and legal invoices to determine their relevance to claims
• Negotiate settlements and manage claims to optimal resolution while maintaining client relationships

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in medical claims, claims adjusting, paralegal, or legal assistant roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Completion of a pre-employment assessment
