Job Summary
Investigating and adjusting occupational accident claims, the full-time Arizona Licensed Claims Adjuster will work remotely to ensure compliance with claims handling procedures, review medical invoices, and authorize payments while maintaining client communication.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and adjust occupational accident claims following established guidelines
- Review medical and legal invoices to determine their relevance to claims
- Negotiate settlements and manage claims to optimal resolution while maintaining client relationships
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in medical claims, claims adjusting, paralegal, or legal assistant roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Completion of a pre-employment assessment
