Job Summary

Combining claims servicing with operational oversight, the full-time Arizona Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage compliance reporting, conduct claims audits, and handle claims for retail and specialty lines products while supporting customer needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead claims reporting, payment research, and audit alignment to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Analyze operational data to support compliance and improve claims decision-making
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications to resolve claims and support customers and partners
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • A current Claims Adjuster License or the ability to obtain it within the required timeframe
  • Strong proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative with minimal supervision
  • Passion for outstanding service and adaptability to changing priorities
