Job Summary
Managing a caseload of loss time workers' compensation claims, the full-time Arizona Licensed Claims Adjuster will determine compensability, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with claimants and medical providers in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Determine compensability and coverage issues for loss time workers' compensation claims
- Negotiate and direct settlements under management's review
- Gather medical and factual evidence to support claims decisions
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation claims
- Arizona license required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions including AZ and CO
- Familiarity with medical terminology and lost time or litigated claims
