Job Summary

Managing a caseload of loss time workers' compensation claims, the full-time Arizona Licensed Claims Adjuster will determine compensability, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with claimants and medical providers in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Determine compensability and coverage issues for loss time workers' compensation claims
  • Negotiate and direct settlements under management's review
  • Gather medical and factual evidence to support claims decisions
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation claims
  • Arizona license required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions including AZ and CO
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and lost time or litigated claims
