Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Arizona Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate fair settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough liability investigations and make decisions regarding claims
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and text to guide them through the claims process
• Negotiate settlements with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal and business standards

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Claims, specifically in Casualty Bodily Injury claims
• Proven experience in claims investigation and negotiation
• Familiarity with liability investigations and coverage assessments
• Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and negotiate claims effectively
• Proficient communication skills, particularly over the phone
