Job Summary

Providing best-in-class customer service, the remote Arizona Licensed Claims Attorney will analyze claim documents, prepare detailed responses to inquiries, and field complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claim documents and prepare detailed responses to inquiries from claimants and counsel
• Field complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel while maintaining professionalism
• Receive training and oversight from project directors and team members to ensure quality of work

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school or a foreign law degree that may suffice
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Litigation experience preferred, with class action and/or mass tort experience a plus
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Customer service approach with flexibility in handling various tasks
