Arizona Licensed Claims Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking an Arizona Licensed Claims Attorney for a contract position, who will analyze claim documents, prepare detailed responses to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing claim documents and preparing responses to complex inquiries from claimants and counsel
• Fielding telephone inquiries and providing best-in-class customer service to internal and external clients
• Receiving training and oversight from project team members to ensure high-quality work standards

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school or equivalent foreign law degree
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Preferred litigation experience, with class action and/or mass tort experience as a plus
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Strong customer service approach and attention to detail
