Arizona Licensed Claims Attorney

Job Summary

To support a project team focused on product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters, the part-time Claims Contract Attorney - French will analyze claim documents, prepare detailed responses to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyzing claim documents and preparing responses to complex inquiries from claimants and counsel
• Fielding telephone inquiries and providing best-in-class customer service to internal and external clients
• Receiving training and oversight from project directors and team members to ensure quality of work

Required qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
• Active license in good standing in at least one Canadian jurisdiction
• Litigation experience preferred; class action and/or mass tort experience is a plus
• Fluency in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
