Key Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees performance of vendors and adjuster staff
• Oversees negotiation and resolution of highly complex claim settlements and customer conflicts
• Analyzes unit reports to support the achievement of business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams of adjusters or similar roles
• Knowledge of claims processes and arbitration procedures
• Ability to work Pacific time zone hours
• Proven track record in performance management and coaching
• Experience in handling complex customer issues and negotiations
