A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Trainee in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to build confidence in claims management
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims and engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel and PPT)
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious and learning-focused mindset
