Job Summary

To support a growing financial services team, the remote Arizona Licensed Client Service Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for financial professionals and investors, handling inbound inquiries and assisting with account-related services on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all interactions
• Respond to account-related inquiries and assist with financial transactions
• Research and resolve complex customer issues while documenting interactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0-2+ years of customer service or client support experience
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Customer-focused mindset with a high level of empathy and professionalism
• Willingness to pursue industry licensing in the future, such as the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification
