Arizona Licensed Client Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Excellence Representative to assist clients with their account-related needs through inbound phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with a wide range of financial inquiries, from account maintenance to issue resolution
• Provide empathetic solutions to client needs while ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the client and crew experience

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
• Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes and accountability
• A learner's attitude with a desire to continuously build knowledge
• High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
• Required to obtain Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses
