Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Manager II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of XaaS service entitlements across assigned client portfolios
  • Govern and track client service health, including performance metrics and incident response
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all XaaS clients, fostering strong relationships to drive retention and service expansion
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of IT service delivery experience, with at least 3+ years in Managed Services program management
  • Experience working with public sector clients and managing US-based support requirements
  • Deep expertise in XaaS models, including HPE GreenLake and Dell APEX
  • Strong program management skills, capable of tracking multiple OEM-specific service requirements
  • High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud services
