Arizona Licensed Clinical Analyst

Job Summary

Providing remote support to healthcare providers and staff, the full-time Arizona Licensed Clinical Analyst will assist users with the electronic health record system, ensuring effective documentation and troubleshooting issues related to Cerner Millennium and other clinical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, log, and resolve customer issues related to electronic health records in a timely manner
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to identify and resolve system and application issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare IT trends and provide supplemental training as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent clinical experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical environment or providing technical support for clinical applications
• Experience with electronic medical record systems, particularly Cerner
• Relevant healthcare certifications or licensures, such as RN/LPN or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager
• Proficiency in office applications and integrated clinical systems
