Arizona Licensed Clinical Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting critical clinical applications in a fully remote capacity, the Arizona Licensed Clinical Analyst will manage system specifications, resolve application errors, and collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance clinical workflows, working Monday through Friday with occasional weekend support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, track, and resolve project and application errors to ensure timely and accurate outcomes
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process maps and testing plans, to support system optimization
• Act as a liaison between clinical staff and IT teams to translate functional requirements and enhance service quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a current valid clinical license or certification
• Two to four years of experience in a healthcare environment or a combination of relevant education and experience
• Experience in small scale project planning and reporting
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to mentor less experienced team members
