Job Summary

To support the educational development of students, the part-time Arizona Licensed Clinical Counselor Faculty will instruct undergraduate and graduate courses in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, engage with students to foster academic success, and oversee clinical supervision and residency experiences in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver course content and assessments while ensuring timely access to materials for students
  • Maintain an engaged classroom presence and proactively address student academic issues to support their growth
  • Oversee student clinical experiences and perform additional duties such as coaching and tutoring as required by the program
Required qualifications
  • Doctorate Degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from a regionally accredited institution
  • Current license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Minimum of two years of post-licensure professional experience, with at least two years within the last five years
  • Demonstrated professional identity through service, published research, or scholarly activities within the last seven years
  • Familiarity with adult education teaching and learning theory
