Arizona Licensed Clinical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the deployment and integration of clinical programs, the full-time Arizona Licensed Clinical Implementation Specialist will manage implementation plans, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and act as a liaison between clinical and technical teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assists with planning and executing clinical system implementations, ensuring alignment with workflows and operational efficiency
• Monitors implementation progress, collects data to measure program effectiveness, and recommends workflow optimizations
• Delivers post-implementation support and troubleshooting to maintain system functionality and enhance performance

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of direct clinical, healthcare technology implementation, or program management experience
• Active and unrestricted clinical licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), or Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (MSW, LCSW)
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems
• Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to measure program effectiveness
