Job Summary
To support the deployment and integration of clinical programs, the full-time Arizona Licensed Clinical Implementation Specialist will manage implementation plans, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and act as a liaison between clinical and technical teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assists with planning and executing clinical system implementations, ensuring alignment with workflows and operational efficiency
- Monitors implementation progress, collects data to measure program effectiveness, and recommends workflow optimizations
- Delivers post-implementation support and troubleshooting to maintain system functionality and enhance performance
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of direct clinical, healthcare technology implementation, or program management experience
- Active and unrestricted clinical licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), or Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (MSW, LCSW)
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems
- Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to measure program effectiveness
