Job Summary
To ensure the successful deployment of clinical programs and technologies, the full-time Arizona Licensed Clinical Implementation Specialist will manage implementation plans, liaise between clinical and technical teams, and provide ongoing support to optimize workflows and system performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assists with the planning and execution of clinical system implementations, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
- Develops and executes implementation plans, timelines, and milestones while monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement
- Acts as a resource for clinical teams, delivering post-implementation support and addressing questions or issues promptly
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of direct clinical, healthcare technology implementation, or program management experience
- Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), or Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (MSW, LCSW) with an active and unrestricted license in the state of practice
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software to measure program effectiveness
