Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Risk Management & Patient Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for clinical risk management and patient relations programs, guiding regional and facility staff
• Develop short and long-term goals for the teams, including managing operations within budget and creating data metrics
• Oversee the Patient Relations Service Center, ensuring timely resolution of patient complaints and implementing process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible managerial experience, including three years in a healthcare system
• Applicable certifications and/or licensures may be required, such as RN, MD, or JD
• Expert-level knowledge of clinical risk management principles and practices
• Proven track record of driving successful performance outcomes and achieving organizational goals
