Arizona Licensed Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the deployment and integration of clinical programs, the full-time Arizona Licensed Clinical Specialist will assist in planning and executing implementations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assists with planning and execution of clinical system implementations and develops implementation plans, timelines, and milestones
• Acts as a liaison between clinical, technical, and administrative teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and addresses issues promptly
• Delivers post-implementation support and monitors implementation progress to identify areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of direct clinical, healthcare technology implementation, or program management experience
• Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), or Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (MSW, LCSW) with active and unrestricted licensure
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems
• Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to measure program effectiveness
