Job Summary
To support the deployment of clinical programs and technologies, the full-time Arizona Licensed Clinical Specialist will lead implementation planning, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and act as a liaison between clinical and technical teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with planning and executing clinical system implementations, ensuring alignment with workflows
- Monitor implementation progress and provide post-implementation support to optimize system performance
- Serve as a resource for clinical teams, addressing questions and resolving issues during and after implementation
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of direct clinical, healthcare technology implementation, or program management experience
- Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), or Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (MSW, LCSW) with an active and unrestricted license
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems
- Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to measure program effectiveness
