Arizona Licensed Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

To support the deployment of clinical programs and technologies, the full-time Arizona Licensed Clinical Specialist will lead implementation planning, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and act as a liaison between clinical and technical teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing clinical system implementations, ensuring alignment with workflows
• Monitor implementation progress and provide post-implementation support to optimize system performance
• Serve as a resource for clinical teams, addressing questions and resolving issues during and after implementation

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of direct clinical, healthcare technology implementation, or program management experience
• Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), or Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (MSW, LCSW) with an active and unrestricted license
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems
• Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to measure program effectiveness
