Arizona Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Operations Oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of auditing processes and oversee audits of Utilization Management and Care Management Appeals activities
• Ensure compliance with NCQA standards and state and federal contract guidelines
• Coordinate audit results and provide feedback to leadership regarding opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Health Care related field or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in regulatory, audit, oversight, or healthcare delivery
• Previous leadership experience with responsibilities for managing staff performance preferred
• Clinical licensure (RN) if managing a team of RNs or appropriate licensure for Behavioral Health Professionals
• Candidate must reside in AZ, preferably in/around Phoenix
