Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical aspects of treatment, including assessment, treatment plan development, and implementation
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians and collaborate with caregivers
• Monitor treatment integrity and evaluate patient progress to adjust treatment protocols as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Must pass a tuberculosis test
